You wanted it, so I did it :)
Recording this only took about half an hour but I had to spend like 3 hours editing it, mainly because I had to use a variety of workarounds to get it to switch between effects. I was planning on panning every part correctly but figured it sounded good enough as is in mono and decided not to dwell on it too much.
Edit: You may be wondering why I used to hold the pick like that, and I have no idea. I improved my technique significantly in the newer videos :)
