SOLLEVATORE A VUOTO PER MANUFATTI IN CEMENTO - VACUUM TUBE LIFTER FOR MANUFACTURED IN CONCRETE

Описание: Una azienda costruttrice di manufatti in cemento ci ha chiesto di risolvere il loro problema di movimentazione manuale delle basi per ombrelloni di loro produzione. Tale movimentazione manuale è molto gravosa per diversi aspetti:
l’operatore è costretto a chinarsi per poter sollevare il carico
il peso delle basi può arrivare fino a 70 kg
le basi in cemento sono difficili da afferrare, infatti l’operatore deve riuscire ad infilare le dita al di sotto di essi.
Per risolvere la problematica presentataci dal cliente abbiamo pensato di utilizzare un sistema di sollevamento e presa a mezzo del vuoto.
Per afferrare le basi a mezzo ventosa abbiamo dovuto risolvere quattro problematiche:
la rugosità della superficie
il foro centrale che spesso è passante e quindi impedisce la formazione del vuoto
la convessità della superficie che nei fatti riduce lo spazio utile per la ventosa
le diverse dimensioni e geometrie delle basi
Grazie ai particolari accorgimenti con cui è sta realizzata la ventosa circolare installata sul sollevatore a vuoto, siamo riusciti a consegnare una apparecchiatura di sollevamento capace di movimentare tutta la gamma di basi in cemento prodotte dal nostro cliente senza mai richiedere differenti settaggi in funzione del carico che l’operatore deve spostare di posizione. Con grande nostra soddisfazione, dopo l’installazione del primo prototipo, altre macchine uguali sono state ordinate per coprire tute le aree in cui avviene la movimentazione di basi per ombrelloni.

A company that manufactures concrete products asked us to solve their problem of manually handling the bases for their umbrellas.
This manual handling is very burdensome in several aspects:
the operator is forced to bend down in order to lift the load
the weight of the bases can reach up to 70 kg
the concrete bases are difficult to grasp, in fact, the operator must be able to insert his fingers under them.
To solve the problem presented to us by the customer, we decided to use a vacuum lifting and gripping system. To grab the bases with a suction cup we had to solve four problems:
the roughness of the surface
the central hole which is often through and therefore prevents the formation of a vacuum
the convexity of the surface which in fact reduces the usable space for the suction cup
the different dimensions and geometries of the bases.
Thanks to the particular precautions with which the circular suction cup installed on the vacuum lifter were made, we were able to deliver a piece of lifting equipment capable of handling the entire range of concrete bases produced by our customer without ever requiring different settings according to the load that the operator has to shift position. To our great satisfaction, after the installation of the first prototype, other identical machines were ordered to cover all the areas where umbrella bases are handled.
