Hi, This is Brian Park
I am going to introduce you this beautiful "MCV 510XL".
This machine offers high productivity and efficiency.
This machine is not only popular for automotive industry, but also for "Health care industry", such as making facial mask's molds.
By applying side doors & movable OP box, operators can work easily.
Having the perfect technology for the machining center,
The motor and the main shaft are connected by coupling // to transmit the speed, power and torque of the motor
directly to the tool without any loss.
This machine's Max travel distances are... X axis 4000, Y axis 510, Z axis 550.
I guess you already noticed, its name came from "Y axis travel distance"~ ^^
Its table size is 4600 x 550.
With its long bed, it fits for long-shaft work piece or small quantity batch production.
High rigidity C3 class ball screw & roller guide are used for all axes for high speed, high precision and high rigidity
We designed inner/outer circulating cooling system. Thanks to its unique design, not only it cools down the spindle,
but also the base part of the Spindle Motor!!
In addition,
By adopting Quill type head, it has higher strength and helps for high speed and high precision process.
To minimize thermal expansion, a Forced Heat Dissipation structure was standardized.
By using Direct servo motor method, it minimizes 'backlash' during axis feed.
Compared to the Ball LM Guide, abrasion resistance is greatly improved, enabling precise transfer and machine life extension.
