8. SOUNDBITE (English) Boris Tadic, President of Serbia:
"Serbia is going to continue the reforming process. We will stabilise our country in terms of implementing macroeconomic measures, that is very important. I am expecting, immediately after elections, to form a government. It is going to be a challenge with many, many important issues that we have to solve as soon as possible, like every country on the European continent. The better life, better living standard is our strategic goal. At the same time, we have to use instruments in order to provide that for ordinary people."

"For us, Serbs in Kosovo, we are interested in having soon a strong and stable government that will not be concerned only about their majority, because a weak government worries only about themselves. For unresolved Kosovo issues, the whole of Serbia must be engaged. A minimum of consensus must be achieved even with those who may remain in opposition."
