Описание: The Zonia resource, 160 kilometres from Phoenix, Arizona, has an established Preliminary Economic Assessment with a net present value of $447 million using $4 copper. The Escalones resource is 426 million tonnes with a 0.367 grade representing over 3.4 billion pounds of copper, making Escalones the largest oxide copper project in development in Chile, the world’s greatest copper-producing country. Escalones’ and Zonia’s oxide copper resources would both use a Heap Leach Mining Method, one of the most environmentally-friendly copper mining methodologies available. Nolan Peterson is an engineer and finance executive with an extensive career in project development, corporate finance, accounting, engineering and project management in the mining industry. He brings a strong technical and financial background as he holds an MBA from UBC’s Sauder School of Business, a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from UBC, is a CFA® Charterholder, and a Professional Engineer in British Columbia & Ontario.
