ingredients:
Vegetables oil: 1 tbsp
Chopped onions: 1 tbsp
Chopped carrot: 1½ cups
Chopped pumpkin: 1½ cups
Chopped zucchini: ½ cup
Chopped cauliflower: 1 cup
Chopped potato: 1 cup
Chopped cabbage: 1 cup
Finely chopped ginger: 1 tsp
Black pepper powder: ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp
Cumin powder: ¼ tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Hot water: 1½ litres
