Session: ‘Forging the Path for Digital Asset Regulation’
Global regulations for digital assets are fragmented and inconsistent at best, and non-existent at worst. Therefore, it is increasingly important to communicate the right message to regulators and policymakers to prevent misconceptions about the technology and provide honest information from which regulation and legislation can be crafted. Education is a large part of this, as regulators need, and are asking for, input from the industry to help inform policy decisions. As participants in this space, panelists will discuss how we can aid in pushing for informed regulation and the current challenges being faced on the path forward for digital assets regulation.
