Todays Workout: HIITS STYLE for CARDIO
We are focusing on combining 2 - 3 movements in order to burn those extra calories. This workout is HIITS, so it perfect for home workout.
Movements:
1️⃣ 1, 2, 3, Squats
2️⃣ 2 Squats, 2 High Knee
3️⃣ 4 Mountain Climbers PushUp
RULE TO THE WORKOUT
▶️ ACTIVE: 30 sec
⏸ INACTIVE: 30 sec
🔁 Repeat: 3 + times
This workout is something I like to use for cardio. I also like to subject my clients and workout groups to his work to maximize there result. Help you get alittle bit of sweat going.
