Today I started my new training program focused on building strength and gaining muscle again. My goal is to reach 70–75 kg while staying strong and athletic.
Today’s workout was an Upper Body Strength session. The focus was heavy compound lifts to build a solid foundation and improve overall strength.
Workout:
Barbell Bench Press – 4×5
Pull-ups / Lat Pulldown – 4×6–8
Barbell Overhead Press – 3×6
Barbell Row – 3×6–8
Triceps Pushdown – 3×10
Dumbbell Curl – 3×10
I’m currently rebuilding after some time away from training, so the main goal right now is progressive overload, consistency, and eating around 3000 calories daily to support muscle growth.
This is the beginning of my journey back to 63 kg and eventually reaching 70+ kg.
