There is nothing more satisfying than watching those coffee clouds swirl into cold milk. If you’re looking for that perfect, stiff peak froth, here is the foolproof 1:1:1 ratio I use:
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Instant Coffee ☕
2 tbsp Sugar 🍬
2 tbsp Hot Water 💧
Chilled Milk & Ice 🧊
Method:
Whisk until it turns thick and golden! It takes about 2-3 minutes with an electric frother or 5-8 minutes by hand (the ultimate arm workout! 💪).
