Did Virginia Just Ban the Transportation of Firearms?

Описание: The avalanche of civilian disarmament bills continue to pass out of the Virginia State Legislature and this may have some confused. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses SB 727, which has now passed out of the State Legislature and heads to the Governor's desk for signature. This bill bans the open and public carry of certain firearms, but many also believe this ban the transport of the same firearms. It is the opinion of WGL that this law, does not do that. Nevertheless, this is yet another terrible piece of legislation that will forever change the great state of Virginia.
