Electro dragon is one of the troops that can hardly destroy the air sweeper because it is not very fast.

Air Sweeper:

"Air Sweepers control the sky with strong blasts of air that push back flying enemies. Air Sweepers can only face one direction, so rotate them to maximize their effectiveness."

Air Sweepers are a defensive building that blasts air on air troops. It doesn't cause damage but pushes them away from their targets, slowing their attack.

Unlocked on Town Hall 6, it was introduced to the game in 2015.

Air Sweeper Explained
The Air Sweeper is a very unique and effective defensive building that protects your village against air attacks.

This building and Walls are the only defenses on the game that don't do any damage. The Air Sweeper simply blows air on air troops pushing them away from their targets, making them stop the attack for a few seconds until they reposition.
The blast of air has a 120º radius and its direction must be configured manually. It's usually a good idea to aim them on Air Defenses, the most common target of air units.

Range
Air Sweeper has a range of 1-15 on a 120º radius.

Even though it's quite small, it has a 1 tile dead-zone around. Once a Balloon reaches this defense and stays on top of it, it will no longer be pushed.
