Описание: So, what do you think I should sell next? 😂. I asked my viewers this question in my last vlog after making some money selling old console games and used books. I wanted to keep selling old stuff from my attic, but I had no idea what else was worth digging out – the attic was filled with all sorts of things from my childhood, and most of them seemed useless to me.
After posting the vlog, I got tons of comments: some suggested selling an old radio, others a collection of trading cards, and one viewer recommended checking the old boxes my grandma had left behind. Admittedly, I’d forgotten about those boxes – they were tucked in the corner of the attic, covered in dust, and I hadn’t touched them in years.

The next morning, I decided to haul them out. They were three wooden boxes decorated with flower paintings – just like how grandma loved to adorn her things. Opening the first box, I found old dolls that had been my favorites as a kid, but I no longer felt any attachment to them – I decided to sell them, knowing someone else might cherish them.

The second box was filled with grandma’s old photos and letters – I couldn’t sell those; they were precious memories, so I planned to organize them and keep them safe. But the third box was the most interesting: inside were old watches, brooches, and at the bottom, an old pouch containing something that looked like an ordinary watch strap at first glance.

Lean closer, I noticed a Rolex logo on the strap – but I thought it was just a cheap replica. Maybe I could sell it for a few bucks, I thought. To be sure, I sent a photo to a friend who knows a lot about vintage watches. I expected him to say it was worthless, but his reply shocked me: “That’s a real 1970s Rolex, valued at around 5,000 zlotys!”

I couldn’t believe it – grandma had never mentioned such a watch to me. My friend explained that it was probably a gift from my grandpa, who bought it for his birthday. I decided to check if the watch worked – after replacing the battery and a minor repair, I was surprised to find it kept perfect time.

In my next vlog, I told my viewers the whole story and asked them if I should sell it or keep it. Most suggested selling it to buy new equipment for my vlogging studio, but a few said it was worth keeping as a memento. In the end, I decided to sell the watch – but only after taking plenty of photos and footage of it to remember the surprise.

The sale went quickly – I found a buyer who appreciated the watch’s value and paid full price. I made a lot of money, but more importantly, this story taught me that sometimes the things that seem most useless at first can be the most valuable. Now I’m wondering what else I’ll find in the attic – maybe the next surprise is just around the corner! 😂
