After seeing a documentary about the 1975 Moorgate disaster I thought I’d visit Moorgate and check out the memorial to those who died. I even arrived in Moorgate on the very platform where the crash happened!
Later, I did a few short walks ticking off Harringay, Harringay Green Lanes, Upper Holloway, Crouch Hill, Hornsey, Bowes Park, New Southgate, Oakleigh Park, New Barnet, Hadley Wood and Alexandra Palace respectively.
I used Grand Central for the biggest part of the journey to and from Kings Cross.
