🥟 Delicious & Healthy Beetroot Momos Recipe 🌸
Step-by-Step Recipe:
1. Take the following vegetables:
Capsicum
Cabbage
Carrot
Beetroot
Onion
Garlic
Green chilli
2. Finely chop all the vegetables
3. Take flour in a bowl
4. Knead it into a smooth dough and keep it aside to rest.
5. Turn on the flame and place a pan on it.
6. Add some oil.
7. Add chopped green chilli and garlic. Sauté well.
8. Now add chopped onion.
9. Sauté until it turns golden brown.
10. Add chopped capsicum and sauté well.
11. Add chopped cabbage.
12. Add chopped carrot and beetroot.
13. Mix everything well.
14. Cover with a lid and cook until all the vegetables become soft.
15. Add salt as per taste.
16. Add black pepper.
17. Mix well.
✨ Your stuffing is ready!
Now,
1. Take small portions of dough and roll them into small balls.
2. Roll each ball into a small round base.
3. Add stuffing as per your preference.
4. Add a small piece of butter to make it juicier.
5. Shape the momos as per your skill.
6. Prepare all the momos similarly.
7. Take a steamer and add water to it.
8. Place the steaming plate/holder and brush it with oil.
9. Arrange the momos in the steamer.
10. Cover with a lid and steam for 20 minutes.
11. Remove the momos from the steamer.
