I’ll discuss our team’s evolution from using AI for basic code generation to adopting agentic workflows that shift our focus toward planning and architecture. We’ll explore the benefits of this high-level approach alongside the "review bottleneck" that occurs when AI velocity outpaces human auditing, and how we adapted our processes while releasing and building our Greenhouse project.
