【Ingredients】
・Hojicha infused Woodford Reserve 50ml
・Scrappy's Bitters chocolate 3dashes
・Nocello walnut liqueur 2bsp
・Shiitake mushroom maple syrup 2.5bsp
・3 Longans (with shells)

【How to make】
1.Put Scrappy's bitters chocolate, Woodford Reserve, Nocello walnut liqueur, and Shiitake mushroom maple syrup in a mixing glass, and stir.
2.Light the shells of two longans and cover with a glass.
3.Pour ① into a mixing tin, add 1 ice cube and stir about 40 times.
4.Fill the glass with ice , pour ③ in it, and garnish with a Longan.
