Welcome to your 26-Day Jump Rope Challenge! Each day pairs jump rope with a targeted bodyweight move to build cardio, strength, agility, and endurance.
⚠️ Safety Notes
✔ Warm up 3–5 minutes before starting (light rope, jogging, mobility).
✔ Wear proper athletic shoes and jump on a safe surface.
✔ Keep jumps low and controlled to protect joints.
✔ Maintain good form in all movements—core engaged, spine neutral.
✔ Modify high-impact exercises if needed.
✔ Based on your level, you may do as many reps as possible, but always be aware of your limitations.
✔ Stop immediately if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
