A very quick test using the Sony HXR-NX70P camera to record some shots of rivers in the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Cape Town, South Africa.
All footage was shot handheld. Two shots had levels adjusted (white input level decreased). One cross dissolve was used following a keyframed increase in scaling factor.
Footage was shot 1920x1080 @ 50p, 28mbps H.264. Audio was Dolby AC3, bitrate unknown. Active Steadyshot was enabled (Optical and Digital stabilisation). White balance was set auto, all other settings were manually set (Gain = 0db, Iris less than f/4, shutter between 1/100th and 1/500th *no ND filter*).
Output to Youtube was from Premiere Pro CS6, H.264 Level 5.2 (FHD@50p), VBR 2-pass, bitrate of 8 mbps target and 12mbps max.
