For those of you who have seen my live gigs before, this may sound familiar...

Near to where my husband Luke grew up, there is a hill with one tree on top looking out in all directions over the Somerset levels. When Luke and I first got together, every time we visited his parents nearby we would go to Burrow Hill. When the final lockdown started to lift in 2021 I made the decision to move to London to try and become a full time singer-songwriter. Luke and I had been living together in the Southwest and he had his degree to finish, so I moved to London, he went back to university and catching the train to the 'Big Smoke' inspired this song all about following dreams whilst pining for him and the lovely part of the country that both of us think of as home.

'Burrow Hill' has become a staple of the live set and I'm so glad to finally be able to share this recording and video with you.

A big shout-out to Tom Marlow for his work on this track as sound engineer, producer and mixing engineer.

A thank you to my wonderful hubby Luke for filming this despite being full of flu on a bitterly cold and windy day in January - love knows no limits it seems!
