INGREDIENTS FOR BHINDI ALOO FRY :
1. Ladies finger - 200 grm
2. Big size potato - 1 Pcs
3. Cooking oil - 3 Table Spoon
4. Mustard seeds - 1 Tspn
5. Cumin seeds - half Tspn
6. Turmeric powder - half Tspn
7. Chilli powder - 1 Tspn
8. Small size of onion - 3 Nos
9. Required salt
10. Coriander powder - 1 Tspn
11. Cumin powder - half Tspn
12. Garam masala - half Tspn
13. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tspn
14. Little coriander leaves
தேவையான பொருட்கள்:
1. வெண்டைக்காய் (Vendakkai / Ladies finger) - 200 கிராம்
2. பெரிய உருளைக்கிழங்கு (Periya Urulaikizhangu / Big size potato) - 1 எண்ணம்
3. சமையல் எண்ணெய் (Samayal Enney / Cooking oil) - 3 டேபிள் ஸ்பூன்
4. கடுகு (Kadugu / Mustard seeds) - 1 டீஸ்பூன்
5. சீரகம் (Seeragam / Cumin seeds) - அரை டீஸ்பூன்
6. மஞ்சள் தூள் (Manjal Thool / Turmeric powder) - அரை டீஸ்பூன்
7. மிளகாய்த் தூள் (Milagai Thool / Chilli powder) - 1 டீஸ்பூன்
8. சிறிய வெங்காயம் (Siriya Vengayam / Small size onion) - 3 எண்ணம்
