Описание: In this short tutorial, we will try to figure out how we can retrieve expression data and related information from the GEO repository using the GEOquery package in R.
GEO is an international public repository that archives and freely distribute high-throughput experimental data such as microarray, next-generation sequencing, and other forms of high-throughput functional genomics data submitted by the research community.
Knowing GEOquery enables easy access to the GEO dataset for data retrieval and manipulation.
