Mostly everyone has tried those Steamed and then deep fried Kothimbir vadi. This time you try this recipe of Coriander fritters which is made without steaming and can even be shallow fried or deep fried. Yes today we will be making Coriander Fritters in a very easy and Quick way. Besan and Coriander are the main ingredients of this recipe. Very less and all the available ingredients are required. Kothimbir Vadi Recipe | Crispy Coriander Fritters | How to make Kothimbir Vadi | Hari Dhaniya ke Pakore
सामग्री /Ingredients:-
१ कप बेसन/ 1 Cup Gram Flour
२ बड़े चम्मच चावल का आटा/ 2 Tbspn Rice flour
स्वादानुसार नमक/ salt as per taste
१ बड़ा चम्मच अदरक मिर्ची की पेस्ट/ 1 Tbspn Ginger Chilli Paste
१/३ कप दही/ 1/3 Cup Curd
३/४ या १ कप पानी / 3/4 Cup or 1 cup Water
१/२ छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर/ 1/2Tspn Turmeric Powder
२ चम्मच तेल/ 2 Tspn Oil
१ छोटा चम्मच सरसों/ 1 tspn Mustard seeds
१/२ छोटा चम्मच अजवायन/ 1/2 tspn Carom.Seeds
२ बड़े चम्मच सफेद तिल/ 2 tbspn White Sesame Seeds
१ या १.५ कप बारीक कटी हुई हरी धनिया/ 1 or 1.5 Cup Water as required
तेल तलने के लिए/Oil for Shallow/deep frying
Method:-

Tips:-
1) While adding water add as required i neede 1 Cup water with 1/3 cup Curd.
2) Batter should like bhajiya making batter.
3) You can shallow fry them in less oil also.
4) You can store this kothimbir vadi mixture in fridge amd fry whenever you want to eat ...it can stay fresh for 2-3 days
5) Quick and easy without steaming it can be made easily.
