Kentucky Geode Hunting

Описание: I was going through my iCloud on my phone and found a lot of videos from when I lived in Kentucky in 2019. So I put together a couple clips from one of my Geode locations from road cuts I accidentally found while looking for river access points to find river geodes and fossils. All the fossils found from this area are from the Mississippian Period which range from 358.9 to 346.7 million years old.

If you live in a area where you can find fossils I highly recommend you downloading the free geology app called “RockD”. It’s a app that has pin point geological map you can help determine from what era your fossils are from and all the info about it with a lot more.
