At our next Pie&AI meetup in Moscow, Olga Megorskaya, CEO of one of the largest crowdsourcing platforms Toloka.ai (https://toloka.ai), discussed how crucial is the integrated management of data pipelines (covering data collection, annotation and validation) for the success of ML / DL projects, and what tools and technics are available on the market to make AI production more scalable, efficient and convenient.

We learned how to organize a flexible and distributed workforce of crowdsourcers to collect and/or annotate data (image/video/audio/text). We also talked about new roles / skills in crowdsourcing (eg. Crowd Solutions Architect) that people can try to gain experience in ML / DL projects and data annotation.

На нашей следующей встрече Pie & AI в Москве Ольга Мегорская, генеральный директор одной из крупнейших краудсорсинговых платформ Toloka.ai (https://toloka.ai), рассказала, насколько важно правильно организованное и интегрированное управление конвейерами данных (включая сбор, аннотацию и проверку данных) для успеха проектов машинного и глубокого обучения, а также какие инструменты и технологии доступны на рынке, чтобы сделать производство продуктов Искусственного Интеллекта более масштабируемым, эффективным и удобным.

Мы узнали, как организовать гибкую и распределенную рабочую силу краудсорсеров для сбора и/или аннотирования различных данных (изображения/видео/аудио/текст). Мы также поговорили о новых ролях / навыках в краудсорсинге (например, Crowd Solutions Architect), которые люди могут попробовать для получения опыта в проектах ML / DL и аннотации данных.
