This video is an introduction to who I am and what this space is about. I share a little about my background, my heart, and the different topics I’ll be covering here. including personal testimonies, faith, daily life, and practical conversations about coming out of survival mode and learning how to live with peace and a regulated nervous system.
I actually don’t even use social media much, and sharing my life publicly doesn’t come naturally to me. But I’m being obedient to where I believe God is leading me, trusting that He has a purpose for this space and for the people who will find it.
