FFXIV Relic Quest - Ifrit (Extreme)

Описание: This is the one of the final challenges in the quest "A Relic Reborn", Ifrit Extreme.

First off, I have to say that you should in no way take how I play in this video to be an example of good DRG play for this fight. I make some seriously major mistakes, especially choking really hard in the 3rd nail phase, hitting the wrong WS and ruining my combo, and then just spamming in a panic. Luckily others were able to cover for me and we still got them down. Also, because I'm really inexperienced with this fight my damage was really, really low. That said, here's the fight.

I'm not going to write a detailed walkthrough as they're easy to find, but I'll give a few tips.

Until the second nail phase, Ifrit will do one non-Vulcan Burst move, and then there will be a 20ish second window in which you can do damage safely. After the second nail phase, he'll do 2 moves between DD phases. After the 3rd, he'll do 3 and you'll be spending most of the time just dodging.

For the nail phases, be sure and assign each DRG a quadrant of the arena. They should NOT do like I did here. What I intended was to do a Ring of Talons combo, and then another Ring of Talons. What I did was hit the 2nd WS in combo by mistake and then completely panicked and started spamming. XD

Anyway, that's about it! If you're new to the fight it's going to take you a lot of practice, and even with super experienced people the fight is hectic and challenging. I'm lucky in that several of my friends have a lot of practice with this fight and they were able to help me a ton with it.
