It’s 1997. You just got home with a big cardboard box from the computer store. You’ve heard the rumors about this game being banned, but you don't care. You pop the CD-ROM into your new AMD K5 build, wait for the Sound Blaster Pro to initialize, and pray your 14" CRT can handle the carnage.
In this video, we aren't using emulators or modern "remasters." We are running original 1997 hardware:
CPU: AMD K5 (The Pentium Killer!)
Sound: Sound Blaster Pro
Monitor: Synco 14" CRT (Low Radiation!)
Input: Period-correct MITSUMI mechanical keyboard
Hear the floppy drive, feel the scanlines, and watch Carmageddon run exactly as it did 28 years ago.
