Arting is a great way to distract myself from stresses and dramas that would otherwise consume my thoughts, and send me into a sad spiral. Thank goodness for paints, glues, papers, and getting my fingers dirty again.

I used my Traveler's journal again, and created a colourful spread with layers of acrylic, making marks with found objects, and enjoyed some doodling. I had a good time. Watch me work!
