How to [Reopen] a Medicare Claim | Add the KX Modifier in 2022

Описание: If you have had a claim not pay or partially pay due to missing KX modifier of 59 modifier then you will need to reopen the claim and add the appropriate modifier before resubmitting. The applies to all Medicare MAC for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology.
