INGREDIENTS:
250g fish-cut,cleaned & marinated with salt & turmeric powder
1nos onion-ground
4nos garlic-ground
1tsp fish/shrimp paste
½tsp turmeric powder
1tbsp paprika powder
150g roselle leaves - washed, cooked just to wilted
3nos fresh chilli-sliced
few coriander/ basil leave(optional)
*hand full of love-don't skip it :)
