2 Days Safety & Disaster Management Leadership Training Program by AIRSC & IBSEA | New Delhi

Описание: Students from Chennai, Bengaluru, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala have successfully completed the three-month Diploma Program in Safety and Disaster Management conducted by the All India Rail Safety Council. They now emerge as trained safety warriors, fully prepared and deeply committed to serving the nation with competence, discipline, and responsibility.

At Laghu Udyog Bharti, New Delhi, the participants underwent an intensive two-day leadership workshop, where more than fifteen eminent experts delivered high-impact sessions, sharing deep practical knowledge and real-world perspectives. The National Disaster Response Force conducted rigorous hands-on training, equipping the participants with critical emergency response capabilities and disaster management skills essential for field-level execution.

In my capacity as National Chief Coordinator, and alongside AIRSC Chairman Dr. R. Padmanabhan, I had the honor of formally awarding Course Completion and Participation Certificates to all successful candidates. With the graduation of new batches and the operationalization of additional AIRSC centers across the country, India’s safety and disaster management ecosystem is gaining measurable strength and momentum.

India has an urgent and growing need for professionally trained safety leaders. AIRSC is firmly committed to building a dedicated force of 1,000 safety warriors over the next two years, contributing directly to national resilience and preparedness. This landmark program was powered by IBSEA, whose support continues to strengthen safety-driven capacity building initiatives.

As we mark the successful conclusion of this two-day Safety and Disaster Management Leadership Program at Laghu Udyog Bharti, New Delhi, I extend my sincere gratitude to every individual and institution that contributed to making this initiative impactful and outcome-oriented.

On behalf of the All India Rail Safety Council, I convey my deepest appreciation to our visionary leadership, especially Dr. R. Padmanabhan Sir, whose unwavering guidance and fifteen years of dedicated service have significantly advanced India’s safety and disaster management framework.

I sincerely thank all our distinguished speakers for sharing their invaluable expertise, professional insights, and field experiences. Your contributions have profoundly enriched the learning journey and strengthened the professional readiness of our participants.

I also congratulate each participant for their exemplary discipline, active engagement, and commitment throughout the program. By completing this training, you have taken a decisive step toward becoming responsible safety leaders and potential job creators, aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
