German Chancellor Friedrich Merz delivers a special address at the 2026 World Economic Forum in Davos.
European officials are planning to use the forum to stage a diplomatic intervention to cool tensions over Greenland that have put the continent on edge and may now threaten the survival of NATO, three sources told CNN.
