The chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court has finally issued charges against Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant, Israel’s prime minister and defense minister, over their ongoing extermination campaign in Gaza.
At the same time, Karim Khan also charged three Palestinian resistance leaders with crimes he claims they committed on and after 7 October.
