Описание: Three to five days before a distillation the work has already begun. The still is broken down and cleaned. Every surface is inspected. Old resin memory mineral trace and water lines are read like a history. Copper remembers everything and must be returned to neutral before each run. The resin is laid out and inspected by hand. Not to perfect it but to know it. Then the soak begins. This is not idle time. Each day the resin is checked. Squeezed gently. Watched as it takes on water and changes its posture. This is a quiet conversation between material and time. Once heat is introduced there is no arguing with it. Distillation does not begin with fire. It begins days earlier with patience presence and care. This is preparation. Long before the first drop ever falls.
