After a night of heavy rain, flash flood waters rose dangerously close to our home, leaving my two daughters and me worried about our safety. We decided to visit the elderly couple whose lives we had once helped save. With kindness and gratitude, they took us to see a small old wooden house that was for sale.

Together, we cleared the land around the house, cut back overgrown trees and bushes, and prepared the area for a safer place to live. While I worked, the kind homeowner helped look after my two children, allowing me to continue the hard work.

This video shares another chapter of our journey as a single mother raising two daughters in the mountains of Vietnam. Every challenge teaches us to stay strong, and every act of kindness reminds us that hope is never far away.
