Why should I help you? If you’re not pulling your weight, that’s your problem and we should probably cut you loose.

I talk about how this individualistic mentality hurts new parents and children, and how ironic it is that we’re creating arguments against the village at a time when we’re recognizing more and more the rights of children and women specifically.
