📋 Ingredients (1 serving):
• 200 g chicken breast
• 1 medium zucchini
• 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
• 1 tsp avocado oil
• 1–2 garlic cloves
• Salt & black pepper
• Fresh parsley
👩🍳 How to make it:
1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
2. Heat avocado oil in a pan and add the chicken.
3. Season with salt & pepper and cook until lightly golden.
4. Add zucchini and mix well.
5. Cover and cook for 2–4 minutes.
6. Add garlic and Greek yogurt, then mix.
7. Finish with fresh parsley and serve.
