Console:
-Access restored to all controls in numerous dialogs that were unavailble
-Added an option to remove road fences with controller (X on Xbox, I assume Square of PS5?)
Known Issues (patch "in the coming week":
Crash for some console users when booting into Main Menu
Crash when loading certain save games on console
