Mango Ginger Pickle - Today I am going to make the most unique yet delicious “Mango Ginger Pickle”. Mango ginger is a plant of the ginger family and is closely related to turmeric. The rhizome is very similar to ginger but has raw mango taste and aroma. In India, this mango is mostly found in South, Maharashtra, and Gujarat. Mango ginger is used to make a variety of pickles, chutney, pain relief oils and also it is used for the people who are suffering from cough, cold and bronchitis.

This mouthwatering “Mango ginger pickle” is very simple and known as instant pickle can be made easily at home. This instant pickle only requires very simple ingredients that are always present in our kitchen. In Telugu, it is also known as “Manga Inji”.
Mango ginger pickle or manga inji can have with idli or dosa or steam rice or curd rice too.
