The goal of Low% is to complete the game while doing as few permanent things as possible. This means:
Skip every boss that you can
No upgrades
No items
No idols (except the ones the game gives you automatically)
No combat deaths/revives
I did technically do one optional thing, which was opening the door after skipping the chained ogre. It is theoretically possible to skip by performing "Jimmy skip" and obtaining the abandoned dungeon idol directly from the tutorial, before getting the grapple. However, Jimmy skip was thought to be impossible, and was only found a few days before I completed this run. Maybe I'll try to put it in the run some time in the future.
