In this clip, Christopher answers a viewer submitted question on how to deal with an ex’s family member who works at the same place. Well, here are my recommendations:

1. Kill them with kindness - nothing pisses people off more who are trying to piss YOU off than being super pleasant and friendly when you see them!!

2. Seek first to understand then be understood - Classic KICKASS advice with any relationships! You never know what you might learn from LISTENING and understanding!!!

3. KARMA - Let KARMA do the work! Do NOT stoop to their level - do not engage in childish debates or stupid games!! Trust the universe will provide their learning opportunities fo their behaviors!!

4. Talk with your manage - of course if shit starts getting crazy and you’ve ALREADY spoken with the person to try and diffuse the problem then definitely key in your manager in case the person tries something else. Show your manager you are taking the high road by already talking to them etc.
