For our 40th episode of This Week in MXA presented by O'Neal, we head to Glen Helen for some testing on the Luxon Mx split triple clamps for KTM. Billy Wight, owner of Luxon Mx, also runs a General Engineering business alongside his motocross division, and with it, he's able to afford a $50,000-a-year subscription program that helps him determine the optimal amount of material needed to create strong, lightweight and comfortable parts for dirt bikes. Right now, Luxon Mx specializes in triple clamps, handlebar mounts and linkages. In this video, we test out his clamps and talk about our experience on the track. Additionally, we share a sneak peak at the beautiful Honda CR500 and Kawasaki KX500 two-strokes that we got to ride, include a fun battle between MXA's Josh Mosiman and Yamaha's Steven Tokarski and highlight Team Italy's win at the 2021 Motocross of Nations.
