Mingle Media TV and our Red Carpet Report host, Keetin Marchi were on hand for the Television Academy’s Interactive Media Peer Group Celebration of Excellence in Interactive Media invitation only Emmy Nominee reception hosted by Governors Seth R. Shapiro and Marc Johnson at the new Wolf Theatre in the Saban Media Center at the Television Academy's North Hollywood campus.

This year’s IMPG CoE was co-hosted by Pete and Lloyd and Baratunde Thurston. Past IMPG Emmy Winner, Joseph Gordon Levitt, Jared Geller and the hitRecord team provided a special introductory video which shared the changing nature of television and the expanding talent found around the globe when creating interactive media.

A special thanks goes out to the Television Academy and Barbara Chase and team for their work in supporting the IMPG with this event along with co-chairs from the IMPG events working group, Stephanie Piche and John Canning.

Congratulations to the four Interactive Media juried award winners for the 68th Emmy Awards who were announced at last night’s Interactive Media Peer Group (IMPG) Nominee Reception and Celebration of Excellence. The juried awards will be presented during this year’s first Creative Arts Emmy Awards ceremony on Saturday, September 10, at the Microsoft Theater.

The IMPG Governors also announced the 2016 Lucy Hood Digerati Award recipient, Rob Hayes. Hayes serves as executive vice president digital, NBC Entertainment, and is responsible for the operations and P&L for NBC Entertainment's digital initiatives including broadband, mobile and VOD.
The 2016 Creative Arts Emmy Awards will be executive produced by Bob Bain over two nights; and an edited version will be broadcast Saturday, September 17, at 8 p.m. ET/PT and 10:30 p.m. ET/PT on FXX.
