During a traffic stop, a K9 officer alerted to drugs in the vehicle. As the occupants were exiting the vehicle, one passenger was told to leave her purse in the vehicle. There is a motion to suppress the drugs subsequently found in her purse, with the defense arguing it should not have been searched, because she should not have had to leave it in the vehicle.
