In the 6th lecture of the series, Lives of the Prophets and Relatability as the Basis of Humanity, I'm discussing how the complex human composition contributes to Nafs I Ammara being the ultimate test that can be extremely rewarding for a person who fights it. Not only this, but I also discuss how not having our own goals makes us empty and depressed, and how prophets were not simply chosen but they presented themselves when they accepted the 'amanah".
In the end, I touch upon a very unique perspective on the understanding of Deen which can present a challenge for some but for others, it can be life-changing.
