Former co-workers, including an alleged victim, of John Schwarz say he was referred to police for investigation five years ago, but was never arrested. The owner of Scare USA in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, is now charged with sexually assaulting a child, a volunteer at the haunted house since 8th grade.
