In this video I am making a bird feeder out of a solid piece of wood.
In the past I have made a bird feeder out of two pieces of wood.

I first hollowed out wood and then glued two pieces together with epoxy resin.
Outdoors the humidity level is constantly changing.
Therefore, the wood constantly swells and shrinks.
The consequence of this is, that the joint is holding for a while but eventually it break apart.
Outdoor in the elements every joint always represents a weak point.
Today's mission is to make the bird feeder from one solid piece of wood without any joints.
So, let’s see if I succeeded!
