Here is E4M6 of Ultimate Doom officially ported to SNES. I probably died the most times on this level because of it's complicated level design. So much things to look out for.
I ported this level myself. It's great to see and play it at last! I was surprised to see the Cyberdemon instantly ending the level when killed. But I'd take it.
I'm playing on the Hurt Me Plenty difficulty and I recorded this from a original USA SNES with RGB SCART cable connected to my XRGB Framemeister Upscaler. So no emulation and no save states!
