By popular demand, the full code for this demonstration patch is available via the link below. This code was written during a time when I had considerably less experience with SC than I do now. The code should not be taken as an example of robust or efficient programming style, and may not be fully functional with current versions of SC.

Fractus II, for viola and SuperCollider, was composed in November 2010 at the University of Texas. This piece was written before I had a passable understanding of the SuperCollider programming language. There are a number of technical issues which make the piece difficult to perform, and in fact, these issues should be fixed before the piece is performed again. If anything, creating this piece of music was an important learning experience, and at the very least, the graphical interface is interesting to watch.
